Which Is The Right Plan for You?

Gas Service Plans

PURPLE PRIMARY PLAN:

is for those who just want to make life easier by not having to remember when the service is due. We do all
the paperwork and will make an appointment when its due.

PURPLE PLUS PLAN 1:

Great for when your boiler is still under Guarantee and although the Central Heating system is older than
the boiler, it all works and you’d like the peace of mind of having that covered as well. The annual service is also included in this plan.

PURPLE PLUS PLAN 2:

Perfectly tailored for those who have a boiler which is now out of Guarantee but you would like us to look after it,
along with the main boiler system components. However, you don’t require us to look after the rest of the Central Heating System. The annual service is also included in this plan.

PURPLE PREMIER PLAN:

This is the package to go for when you want to relax in the knowledge that the whole system will be looked
after. The boiler is now out of warranty and you would like it looked after for the rest of its working life, the rest of the Central Heating
system and controls are old but working and having the knowledge that we are on hand to keep you warm is an important factor. The
annual service is also included in this plan.

Additional Information

Please note that a free site survey will be carried out before the start of a service plan. All prices indicated are based on a 10 radiator system.

A list of what’s covered depending on the gas service plans

A – Boiler breakdowns, all components within the boiler
B – Radiators, manual valves, and standard thermostatic radiator valves
C – Automatic air valves, central heating pressure relief valves, and expansion vessels
D – CH pumps and pump valves.
E – Electronic controls including: Programmers, zone valves, room and cylinder thermostats
F – Vented hot water cylinders.
G – Any accessible heating pipework
H – Feed and expansion tank (subject to access)

 

What is always included

    • Free parts and labour on all boilers/

      (up to £350.00 inc VAT) depending
      on the level of cover taken.
      Customers will be quoted and
      charged the excess which will be
      taken by DD
    • Discounted rates on labour
    • Priority Appointments for all Service
      Plan Customers (not included in the
      Primary Plan)

What’s Excluded from our Packages:

  • Thermal stores, heat exchangers and unvented cylinders
  • Any Domestic Hot and Cold Water system parts including taps, showers and water storage tanks
  • Oil Boilers (See our Oil Service Plans)
  • Removal or working with Asbestos
  • Commercial properties
  • Powerflushing
  • Modifications or upgrades to Previous and existing Installations
  • Accidental Damage by yourselves or third parties – beware the picture hook!
  • Repair of damage caused by improper use
  • Burst pipe repairs caused by freezing due to inadequate or lost lagging – e.g. rodent removal within a loft space.
  • Work you may require that is associated with home improvements e.g. removal of radiators for decorating or the alteration of existing pipework.
  • Scale or Hard water damage.
  • Remedial works to correct pre-existing system/design faults
  • Electrical faults other than any wiring that we have carried out
  • Damage to property that results from a leak that is caused by failed components, pipework or rodent
    damage. (Any failed parts are covered depending on the level of cover taken)
  • Regulation changes forcing a modification or remedial works on system
  • Smart controls that have been sourced or installed by the homeowner.

• Payment dates 25th of each month unless otherwise agreed
